General MLS Search
You can also conduct your search by the type of lifestyle a Steamboat Springs property can provide.
Following please find instructions on how to conduct a detailed property search:
On the initial search page:

Select one of the three tabs (Residential, Land, Commercial) near the top of the first page, then locate and click the "Search By Map" link directly under these three tabs.

Locate the left-handed menu frame, then click "More Search Criteria".

Under "Features" scroll down to "Lot Description".

Under "Lot Description" a window will appear that will provide you with a variety of features the property offers. Check all that you desire.

Other helpful hints:
- By Registering (top left hand corner) it will not only give you easier access to revisit the site, but I will be able to notify you if there is a property that matches your criteria where I may be aware of an important aspect about the property (i.e. the seller may be willing to take much less than advertised) but it is not apparent from the listing.
- If you have a pet you can search for properties that allow them at "Features", "Pets", then check the appropriate box.
- To keep up on your personal selections, you can save your favorite properties with the "My Properties" link at the top left-hand window menu.
- Click on the "Foreclosed / Distressed Properties" link below and check back often for great buys, or email me and I'll keep you informed as soon as that special property that you've been waiting for becomes available!
